How is he immune to nerfs??? Just fucking look at his kit compared to previous seasons like seriously use your eyeballs people. Range massively nerfed on every ability + CD on E nerfed hard + auto attack range nerfed + mana cost on all abilities raised.

You put THIS Lucian in season 5 and he has a 45% win rate.

He’s OP as a product of the meta and runes. He synergizes super well with and counters all engage supports (and usually sucks against enchanters/poke supps which are out of meta). Your BorK/Cleaver build is PERFECT for early game meta. You can build defensive boots + Cleaver without losing damage = you can actually survive in a burst meta.

He needs to be nerfed because he’s stron right now m. But to say “he always avoids nerfs” is untrue when his kit is a shell of its former self.

He's not overpowered, just a strong lane bully. Pick someone with waveclear. That's all us ADCs are supposed to do anyways. Leave being relevant, i.e. doing damage, tanking damage, providing cc, etc. to the big boys in mid, top, jg and support. Nerfing him is gonna do what? Let you play a champ into him and be relevant. Lul. Trying to be relevant as ADC in 2018 lul.

Does the game last long enough for a crit adc to scale over an early game bully who shines in the 25 min of the game where game tends to end at 25 min?

Does the game promotes bullies or late game champs?

DOES THE COMMUNITY FORGETS THIS EVERY EFFIN TIME? LAte game carries cant compete cuz games are too short and damage is too high so ppl turn for early game champs CUZ THE game favors that and than starts circle jerking about the obvius thing.

Edit: and im still seeing more crit adc in my games than lucian wich makes me think my elo is rly not that smart.

It's called the 30 minute mark.

Provided the game ever gets there without him slowing down his own nerf, hence part of the problem.

If you want Lucian nerfs you just have to make him meta on Midlane for like 1 or 2 patchs and they'll gut him like last time.

I remember back in season 5 or 6 when lucian wasn't great and everyone was clamoring over themselves to ask for buffs for him. And ever since for the past 2 seasons or so he's been a nightmare to balance and to play against.

Guess we didn't learn from history when lucian was released and nerfed into a lower state to begin with.

Idk about you but i'd rather have Lucian as king of bot lane than Caitlyn, Tristana, DRAVEN, Kog, Twitch or Kaisa.

Atleast Lucian can be punished in lane, all of the above either don't care about laning phase because they scale either way or just flat out can't lose lane when they are top tier.
