How Does Bard Chimes Work?

i assume they spawn randomly through out the entire map and where they spawn are just random. who knows, we can only wait to see the champion on pbe

Per Morello in another thread, they will spawn in his general vicinity, moreso in the early game. So I imagine it is like Thresh, but a larger area. They didn't specify the exact radius but probably like, if you are in bot lane, could spawn near the lane up past dragon/red/blue buffs? And then maybe they spread out throughout the game?

Also they spawn twice per 1 minute.

I hope they can only see them once they have seen them
