How do you deal with Uncommunicative Premades?

I left ranked play because of this, but the issue has been in normals forever.

A 4-man premade group is matched with you, the game starts and whatever happens, you can't stop it because they don't even know you're there. League without communication is infuriating.

And if they all do badly, or one does exceptionally badly, it's often the only time they'll speak. And even then, it's just to flame the outsider. With their numbers, they also hold absolute power to surrender, the solo player's vote doesn't count.

It's not fun, and it's really fucking old. Can we opt out or at the VERY fucking least be notified when this is going to happen? I'd rather spend a half hour waiting for a draft dodge ban to expire than play a game like that.
