Ryze is always getting nerfed whenever something makes him good. He's usable if your faker and if not because they banned, you pick zed. He got nerf after nerf and was destroying high elo. They even wanted to rework him into the ultimate latrgame champion and remove his isntant root and require a for it to root and it would be less than what it was. Not a lot of people liked those changes. I played him and I was kind of eh. Zoe has people screaming because of vandrils video. That's the sole reason why people are saying she's busted. I only find her annoying but not op. and now she is getting constanly nerfed. They are even giving her a mini rework. They are making it so they have to directly tland the w.
