armor pen on an item that also has magic resist is fucking retarded

it has high damage armor pen so you do even more damage then magic resist to counter an ap champions

ALONG WITH A BROKEN ASS PASSIVE SHEILD THAT BLOCKS A RETARDED AMMOUNT OF MAGIC DAMAGE (300+40 from this item and then if your smart you have 27 from runes for a total of 367 damage and you can make it even stronger with more mr)

meanwhile there are barely any ap items with magic pen that are actually useful
