Ryze is too strong still. He needs a real rework that doesn't revolve around perma stunning by spamming qwe. I wish they would just make him a spell slinger with nearly no utility. Pure damage slinger ryze would be more interesting.

Not too difficult, people do not play him a lot in normals between silver and bronze. However, me ryze main since rework, he don't need that skill to be mastered at that champion. Hi im In silver and I don't care, I rushed to 30 and played ranked non thinking, I learned that silver and bronze has high toxic rates. Im guessing you in position with Bad team If you are I feel you.

They say Fiora getting Re-Reworked somewhere and Lux might get nurfed soon because seeing Mid laner in LCS 1 shot Champion with over 700 hp using ulti with 4 or 3 items.
