Almost had wins turn into throws because of this. Whether it was a Vayne that wanted to split push or a Graves that was too busy farming jungle creeps.
Maybe I should make a copypasta detailing every possible reason for grouping.

No, I'm talking about games where we're 3 to 1 and all of a sudden the team decides to make some really stupid plays and throw away the lead. Whether it was an ADC split pushing, teammates chasing low health targets into un-warded jungles and dying one by one or something else that shouldn't be done.
