Well I tried to ult him with Nautilus, but he dodged it with troll pole lol. And at max cdr it's on like a 4 second cooldown. And it's not just Nautilus's ult that he can dodge. He can dodge a lot of major cc abilities. And yes I know Vladimir can do this too, but Vladimir actually hurts himself when he uses his dodge ability so I don't think it's that oppressive. And it's on a much longer cooldown.
