When can we have more than 2 viable junglers again? Just wondering when I can start playing my favorite role again without be forced into xin or Khazix if I want any chance at being relevant.

The only viable junglers are those who can gank level 2, and duel for scuttle crabs. That’s it. If you can’t do one or both of those things, you immedietly have to play 2-3 ranks higher than your opponent just to go even.
