We should add mana costs to Nidalee's cougar form

No, cause then you would have to do that to Elise and that would kill them both in jg game and that's their main roles.

Personally I would kinda be for this. Having Cougar have mana costs but at same time, some of those spear nerfs should stay, by all means make it actually threatening again but in no shape or form should it be hitting you when the projectile wasn't even near you, or be doing ult levels of damage on a low cd(At max range sure, but I remember before Nid got nerfed into hell even point blank spears hit nearly as hard as an ult, all this while the spear was like 2 cannon minions away from you)
