/facepalm They were going to lower her base AD but increase the scaling hoping it would fix the problem of her being able to 1v2 at level 2 and snowball harder then John Cena

I'd assume that she's got something coming in the upcoming marksman rework, and that this wasn't the direction that they were looking for.

Correct me if I am wrong but her base AD is still nerfed so this more so highlights this to bring a nerf for her.
