This has been said hundreds of times at this point on these boards alone. If Riot wants to go this direction, they're most likely aware of the idea by now.

Delayed ults are a thing. Throwing units is a thing. The technology is there. If they want to, they can do it. Posting more often about it isn't likely to change their mind anytime soon.

They also don't have a lot of bandwith for art assets which is basically the only thing this suggestion is calling for.
