when will people realize that sivir is not a viable champion?

regardless of who you duel, you will always lose the trade. Even draven, who is one of the worst champions for a 1v1, completely demolishes sivir in all stages of the game, and even when behind.

Sivir is just unable to keep up in this meta of damage. She is more of a utility adc and that hurts her. We need to buff her damage especially on her q, and we need to buff her mana because it is very high.

before sivir is buffed i advise to stay away from sivir and stick to stronger adcs like varus and tristana
