That said, I do believe she needs a better starting item.
what ever happened to building bc on ashe would probably help deal with her cdr problems and she could go for a pretty cheap build like 
, this is kinda off topic but I would genuinely like to know why a build like this isn't viable (i dont really play much adc )
I for one do not get why the ms on storm razor works equally well on ranged heroes as it does on melees when if we look at 
the ms is less on ranged because ranged heroes can proc the ms easier/from safer distance than melees can.
I just want a revert on some of the Q nerfs
