Graves has a bit too much power

Going up against a Graves is scary enough but when he can 3 shot you at level 2, yeah that's freakin ridiculous. In my last game a graves jungle had not only jumped dragon and killed me as i was taking scuttles, but he then camped me in MY jungle, 3 shotting me every time he found me. Why does graves have this kind of power early game?! so much so that he can snowball as hard as he wants to doing this? [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Something needs to be done about his early game damage, possibly tone it down a little. There is no reason he should be destroying people with only a few spells at the first couple of levels.
