Please Delete Veteran's Scars

The new Veteran's Scars mastery is now 100% useless. It's a noob trap and anyone who gets it doesn't know how to play. It's literally worse than Veteran's Scars has EVER BEEN in ANY SEASON.

I'm speaking as a tank player who plays primarily top lane, jungle, and support. I literally would rather have 0 HP option than this JOKE of a mastery. I don't understand why ANYONE would take Veteran's Scars over Runic Armor which is objectively better now. Don't give players the option of making the wrong mastery choice. There isn't a single champion you can justify Veteran's Scars on now. Potions, life steal, passive health regen, and champion kits simply make Runic Armor give more HP/shielding now than anything Veteran's Scars can give you. No, 45 HP isn't going to be the difference between clearing the jungle or not.
