Yea... she was actually 12th out of 16 marksmen when it came to damage. Though I suppose reducing her damage as price for her safety is somewhat okay??? And here I was thinking they might actually adjust her range passive to make her a genuine weak early game ADC that needs levels for her range to eventually become an issue instead of her pretty much having that by mid game.
