Fix ranked by adding role selection and ensuring balanced teams

i.e. primary top with assassin, tank, and juggernaut for someone who can (and is willing to) play Akali, Maokai, and Darius.

As you get to higher ratings, 90% of the game is decided by picks, and games where you have three one trick assassins at mid, top, and jungle are basically guaranteed to be losses.

I'd rather wait 15 minutes in queue for a well balanced team than get some retarded team composition with no front lines. Everything possible should be done to ensure evenly matched ranked games.
