How will Urgot's new ult work with people like TahmKench Kalista?

If Tahm eats him or Kalista ults, does Urgot pull the target inside of either of them for the execute? Can they just not eat or ult him during this time?

What if tahm eats or kalista ults prior to Urgot's second ult cast? Are they saved or do they get pulled out?

Urgot's R makes the target untargetable so you would not be able to pull them out.

It makes 'em untargetable during second cast I believe, so I'm asking about what happens if they're eaten beforehand.

you answered your own question already, they to are untargetable, thus urgot can not touch them
