Gangplank should be enabled again

Crazy theory: Spooky Gangplank becomes the new base skin and Nautilus gets written into the lore as Gangplank's soulless body carrying the anchor of his ship.

He's actually bugged. Draven could use his Spinning Axes to attack Gangplank's barrels and use it to indefinitely stack his Q.

If it wasn't for the Bilgewater event, Draven would have been the one disabled. It just worked out so that Riot had an extremely clever way to disable a champion. If you actually hover over GP in champion select it says "Temporarily Disabled".

They did the exact same thing during the "cops and robbers" event last year when they used the release of Captain Volibear, Constable Trundle, Pickpocket Twitch, and Safecracker Evelynn as a front to nick RAF rewards from botters.

Nah the lore is that gp ate an orange right as his ship got hit so everything is secretly K.
