I saw the nerfs and wondered how much they affected her. so is she bad?

there was hardly even a change. unless you make it a habit to ult from point blank you wont even see a difference.

Pretty sure it was just to her "point blank" ulti so. No she shouldnt be bad. Unless you really really relied on that kind of thing lol.

The ONLY thing hurt was her point-blank ulti, which you should now only use for slightly longer ranged snipes because it could easily do less damage than an auto-attack if used at melee range.

Her ult was the only thing that was nerfed and it's super hard to land since it's a skillshot anyways, so no i wouldn't say she's bad now.

She isn't bad just not top tier viable anymore. The reason why she was top tier was because she had such strong laning phase, and late game prowess. Now with her ulti nerfed she does not have that early game power during lane anymore, because you won't be able to utli during trades in the laning phase. She will still be good, just you won't see her every game anymore.
