@Riot, can we have some insight on what you mean by "Riskier runes"?
Or just more visibility in the system you have planned (like current numbers, even, if you're willing to show that now)? It looks like it should ease the pain of hidden stats in game, which is really the one thing I care about the most (Oh hi, I have 9 more armor than you, I auto win trades).
Will we be seeing something like champion specific keystones (boost an aspect of the champion instead of just providing some bonus) or is it more along the line of high risk high reward (more damage on kills or something?)
I know, I'm being impatient, but it is nice to hear about these things in development.
