Yea tahm lick i forgot the ability name x'D

anyway both mundo and tahm had the with of their ablities decreased so it would take more skill to use them other then throw in someone's general direction and it will land anyway

Why not do the same for zed's shurikens these thing have a hitbox as wide as midlane

because its a pass through skillshot.

having a larger hitbox for tahm and mundos q's means they get harder to hit without being blocked by minions.

in zeds case it would make the thing easier to hit/farm.

I think Critmaster is referring to this: "Active: Zed throws his spinning blades forward, dealing physical damage to the first enemy they pass through and 60% damage to enemies thereafter."

Even if he is, that's still a nerf. If you're specifically aiming for the champion and avoiding minions, that means you're avoiding minions. If you can actually focus on dodging Zed's skills, then you have some counterplay. However, that's not how the vast majority of Zed's play. They attack through minions and hope they hit you too. And they keep doing it because they're not limited by mana so eventually, they'll chunk down your life as they farm. Shrinking the width will make it harder to farm and hit you while farming. And if they specifically try to aim for you to get that first hit on you, that just makes them even easier to play against.

No, he's saying that Zed will now be able to thread his shurikens between the minions to get max damage without going around the wave. Right now he either walks around to get max damage (obvious for the opponent) or smashes his buttons through the minions to get a reduced hit bundled with waveclear.

edit: Zed "needs" the waveclear to roam.

well technically you could throw the shurikens between minions which if it lands good for zed i mean if u hit a skillshot then there has got to be a reward

but what i often see is mindless spam through minions and eventually hitting your opponent anyway because the shurikens are quite fast and have a large width

so reducing width will make them easier to dodge and should not neccesarly hinder his waveclear too much but will make hitting the opponent take more skill and precision.

Ah, I see. Fair enough, we'll see what happens after the stuff next patch goes through first though.

edit: Zed "needs" the waveclear to roam.

Why does he need the waveclear on Q?

He's already got E to help with waveclear. He's already got passive to help with farming.

If Zed wants to waveclear quickly, he should have to make a conscious choice to do so; in this case by maxing E.

Then there's also the argument that his waveclear needs to be gutted because he's manaless, and that, along with how his kit currently functions, essentially gives him a free laning phase if he plays safe.

No assassin should be allowed to hit their stride safely and consistently like that. Zed should be required to take risks, like any other assassin, to hit his power-spike on time.

Look, I have never played Zed (maybe once in ARAM? can't remember) and I don't like him either, but the math is that rank 5Q does the same damage to the wave as rank 4E so it's not worth maxing E at all (yes, I factored in the AD ratio differences and the 60% reduction on Q after the first target).

Yes, Zed has a free laning phase, plentiful waveclear, can last hit with ease under turret and is manaless. Do I like that?--No. Is riot already nerfing Q next patch?--Yes
