If you're talking about Zac, he can only do this when he's squished down in ult mode and unable to move. So he basically CCs himself.

If you're talking about Sejuani, she's only immune to slows with her frost armor up. Stuns, roots, and the like will still work on her.

Don't mind OP. They are an ADC main. Or at least play ADCs a lot.

A lot of ADC mains have a really bad habit of calling everyone with more health than them "tanks".
