Why Vayne is played so much

The other ADCs, save for , ,and just can't get the job done as well as she can. Twitch is simply outclassed in every aspect, Caitlyn's DPS is too low in comparison and cant get through tanks as efficiently. Her E also takes some getting used to. Ashe is kind of immobile but has her permaslow. Varus needs to dominate his opponent to be relevant and suffers from the same issues as Caitlyn. is very awkward and his ult feels outrageously weak. His W also needs to be changed. Kogmaw is too immobile. Ezrael is too item dependent. Miss Fortune has many problems that need to be addressed, and her Ult is wack. Draven and Corki seem fine. Although Draven's axes make his positioning predictable and it may be tedious to micro-manage his axes. seems fine too.

But Vayne can essentially capitalize on these weakness with almost no drawbacks.

Thats like asking "We have so many knifes to choose from, why is the SMG picked so often? The knifes are all good..."

Draven Ashe Jinx are the only ADC's left in the game who can fight her directly anymore. Everyone else who had the ability to dominate her before has been gutted so now she has more wiggle room in the matchup to win against them. Some of the other ADC's can still do it like Graves Corki , but they have a weak late game and all it really takes for Vayne to get back into the game is one good teamfight for her.
