Honest question for boards, would Darius be op in todays game if he got his reset back?

I'm not saying bring it back or that he should get it back but do you think he would be overpowered in todays game if he got it back?

He would be one of the best melee lane bullies post 6 if he gets this change but wouldn't change much vs some ranged.

But how about if he did get the full reset it would reset on kill but can't be used on the same person for the normal CD it currently has, being reduced more with CDR.

Thoughts?

Darius is actually capable of destroying Lissandra in lane so he might be.
