Almost like Riot has repeatedly stated they would rather release a champion slightly stronger than it should be and tune it down....
Almost like your sacrificing actual relevant quints to use your MS quints...
Almost like you also lose 250 + (6 per lvl) and 5% AS per lvl when you transform...
At least be informed and evaluate the entire issue and the fact that PBE is testing and not indicative of live values before making a QQ post about a champion that has been on PBE for all of 18 hours...
