Taric Dazzle (E): Cooldown changed from 15 at all ranks to 17/16/15/14/13 Magic damage increased from 60/105/150/240 to 100/145/190/235/280 Stun duration changed from 1/1.125/1.25/1.375/1.5 to 1.25 at all ranks

and

Alistar Unbreakable Will (R): Damage reduction effect increased from 50/60/70% to 60/65/70% Damage reduction duration changed from 7 seconds at all ranks to 7/8/9 seconds.

For a couple of support tanks who weren't doing at all poorly (Ali's sitting around 51.5% winrate, Taric right around 50%), these are some hefty fucking buffs.
