Zhonya's Hourglass

UNIQUE Passive: If you kill an enemy champion all of your cooldown are reduced by 7 seconds. CD: 60 Sec. UNIQUE Active - Stasis: Champion becomes invulnerable and untargetable for 2 seconds, but is unable to move, attack, cast spells, or use items during this time (90 second cooldown).
Add:
Rite of ruin +100% base mana regeneration +100 ability power +20% cooldown reduction UNIQUE – RAZING: Gains charges upon moving or killing enemies, up to 300 charges. Attacking structures expends 50 charges to deal 100 (+10% AP) bonus true damage.
Pox arcana +100% base mana regeneration +100 ability power +20% cooldown reduction UNIQUE – POX: Applies a stack of Pox for 10 seconds whenever you deal ability damage, stacking up to 5 times. UNIQUE – DISEASE HARVEST: Deals 100 magic damage plus 20 (+5% AP) per stack of Pox (maximum of 200 (+25% AP)) to all nearby enemies affected by Pox, and restores 5% of your maximum mana for every Pox stack harvested. 90 second cooldown.

Vampire's bite ( Special item for vlad, swain or singed for balance) (Ring of vampirism + ???) +20 ability power +100% health regen +400 HP UNIQUE passive: +20% Spell vamp
Blood' Staff ( not available for vlad, singed, swain!) (Ring of vampirism + ???) +80 ability power.
UNIQUE Passive: +30% Spell vamp. UNIQUE Passive: Your spell can now overheal you. Excess life is stored as a shield that can block 50-250 damage, based on champion level. This shield decays slowly if you haven't dealt or taken damage in the last 15 seconds.
