Should be removed. Provides an uninteractive, unfun experience for the enemy lamer where a weak early is remedied far too easily.
It should be removed. Literally a free laning phase for the likes of kassadin and fizz who are meant to get shit on early but noep this item just sustains it through all.

Btw, even with time warp tonic nerf. Corrupting potion can maintain lane pressure for nearly 36 seconds. It's huge in a game, especially when you can recharge every time they come back to base.
Agreed While it doesn't give the best early but , it surely becomes cancerous after the first recall .

We like having a rune that alters the way you think about consumables, but Time Warp Tonic's added so much extra sustain to mid and top laners (via Corrupting Potion) that it's become near-mandatory for scaling champs. It also boosts the strength of Biscuit Delivery so much that the two runes are almost always picked together, effectively eliminating a choice in Inspiration rune setups. Front-loaded—rather than extended—regen moves Tonic out of lane attrition (keep yourself topped off for longer) into combat utility (pop a potion for a small heal).
PS: No one really caught onto this, but three minutes of +5% movement speed was kind of bonkers. We're removing Tonic's interaction with elixirs before it becomes a major abuse case.
NEW CHUGGING Consuming a potion or biscuit grants 50% of its health and/or mana restoration immediately but prevents that consumable from being used again until the effect ends. Health/mana per tick is then reduced by half for the effect's regular duration.
REMOVED SIPPING Potions, biscuits, and elixirs no longer last 20% longer
SUGAR RUSH You still gain 5% movement speed while under the effect of a potion or biscuit
REMOVED BOTTLE SERVICE Time Warp Tonic no longer affects elixirs
It already got gutted hard.
I think it's a fine item. Doesn't really do much but give some sustain and very little mana regen with 3 charges. It's like a slightly better refillable.
If you wanna complain about corrupting then you gotta complain about refillable as well.
I guess tbf I'm a little biased here, it makes one of my favourite mid lane champions playable
and all it does is give him the sustain he needs against a burst heavy meta.
I know why it's cancerous to go against an Irelia (though as it seems she's the only one who has a direct benefit from this for taking it mid-lane as opposed to top) who starts corrupting pot but it's certainly not a game breaking item. Especially with the recent time-warp tonic nerf.
