I've really wanted to like it and tried a number of different build mixes involving it in both my runes and items, and it just doesn't seem to come anywhere near Pen's usefulness. I guess that was part of the point, but it's still disappointing to see so many champion's build paths butchered

DarkRitual1 votesRiot actually plans to buff lethality early in the year. They haven't stated just how, but either scaling to max earlier or scaling higher overall are likely to be included.

because he's already a late game monster so around the 20 minutes mark you start to one shot squishies, it's not as good early as it used to be but man does it hurt late game, combined with a little bit of crit % you pretty much one shot anything that isn't a tank.
As far as is concerned I think it's even better because it makes her ultimate deal an insane amount of damage mid game combined with 
. I'm currently sitting at a 65% win rate with her with a 5.40KDA she's still insanely strong.
khorney1 votesLord dom is better then lethality.... almost 50% just from mastery and combine that with black cleaver and thats 75% . Much better, mf doesn't benefit from lethality unless you just get it and you'll never use the passive on duskblade
Sexualsaurus1 votesLethality is ok atm, it could use a buff but the lethality items are quite good on champs such

as it gives them great roaming potential. Draven sort of got hit hard with the 
change as a whole but people will figure out new build paths, i've seen some people get 
first item on him. Jayce isn't really that affected as he has huge burst even without the need of arm pen, lastly miss fortune is still in quite a good position.
khorney1 votesJayCe is fine. You need lethality runes like 10Ish and u have to go into and get thunder lords. This is why caster varus is no more . Also you can't use dusk blade effectively, Graves and Quinn van . U have to be unseen in order to use it which is why I don't get why mf or Draven gets it....another reason is ghost blade lost attack speed which screwed varus luc and draven....
