only i think that veigar's primordial burst should be the supreme damage skill on this game?

this is only true against ap champions, right now alot of champions has better damage ult than and without the restriction of the enemy build ap. and have more ratio than veigar on their ult (and in the broken kat and ekko's case in aoe), damage on ult is true and the ratio is near veigar (i know that his ult is melee and primordial burst is ranged but still), if you put mr in analysis most of the time cho's ult will deal more damage if he builds full ap. Can we please get rid of enemy ap ratio on 's ult and increase his own ratio to a lv that would make his ult the strongest on game and also remove his restriction that he can be only viable if he faces an ap on his line.

At the cost of a delayed stun, being made of wet paper, and having a completely useless skill that is made useless by the fact that only idiots get stunned by Veig. So yes I (and many others) think that Veig should have the highest single target ult damage in the game. It's only fair since he basically has nothing else going for him.

Also, he farms AP and has two other abilities with great bases and AP scaling. His ult is an anti-mage nuke, however, he still delete tanks with a proper rotation.

Again you're wrong, you're so wrong it hurts. You'll very rarely get the chance to actually use your W offensively against an enemy champion if they have half a brain. And Yes Event horizon was used mainly as a stun, that of which worked in tandem with his W allowing for a full rotation.

And you're saying he deletes tanks? In this tank heavy meta I've yet to see new Veigar delete half of a tank that's built properly. And everyone brings up how he can farm infinite AP, that's what his kit is balanced around. If you can't farm with Veigar you're a useless turd in the punch bowel that only brings the occasional stun to the team fight. Also you're made of glass and if you don't kill your target you're as good as dead.

You have no shown any evidence to back up your claim. You resorts to ad hominems to show that you have to logical argument to make. And just because I haven't played Veigar in the past 10 games doesn't mean I don't know how/have played him. Infact I would say that at least 40% of my games from season 2-4 were Veigar games. The other parts shared by Anivia and Talon.

Yes I think Veigar should be able to erase most squishy adcs and mages with his R. That's his job, he's an anticarry/antimage. By them taking away that ability they erased his identity. Veigar can no longer make plays, he relies solely on his enemy screwing up and getting caught. Btw if you're up against Veigar and you build no defensive items, you're a fool and deserve to be one shot.

And for the record I did not cherry pick your argument if YOU could read you would see I addressed everything you said in your OP.

I see you have encountered a Veigar as an AP champion before. Think before you rage. Counterbuild. Counterbuild... and don't forget, counterbuild.

Of course if you go full glass ap cannon he can one shot you. Your squishy, deal with it. If you can't take the time to buy a Zhonya's or Banshee's, you deserve to get one shot.

I main Veigar, so I know how to crush an enemy Veigar when I play other champions. Veigar becomes near useless if you counterbuild.

Veigar can't delete tanks >.< He doesn't have that much damage. A full late game rotation would do about 3480 damage(considering he has 1000 ap) before magic resist.

well if he manages to hit his stun and uses his Q (i think it is) it can one shot most squishy mages, i build glass cannon morde i could be fully shielded and be practically one shot by viegar.

His ult is already very strong, for a champion who should have the highest AP in the game, and it deletes enemy mages. That is its purpose.

He also has high ratios in the rest of his kit. You can say that they are harder to land, but that's hardly the point. You can easily land a team-W with a 1.0 ratio if your team has CC, even if you can't land your own stun.

his kit is balanced around his bonus ap from his Q, and you know his stun is heavily unreliable and W is impossible to land. and veigar isnt on a good state

He isn't actually in as bad a state as most people complaining about him seem to think.

The new Q makes his laning phase much better in terms of farming and trading and poking. His new E makes his laning phase much worse in terms of getting kills and blowing up his opponent, but it still has good use defensively against champions who aren't too insanely mobile, and still works as an amazing zoning / movement-restricting tool. His R still deals awesome damage to enemy mages, and can still kill most of a non-AP squishy on its own late-game.

His W... is hard to land on his own, yes. He needs to use it in teamfights, coordinated with his allies' CC. That's the only thing I would change on him - to lower the delay from 1.25s to 1s.

Changing his ultimate to have a higher ratio instead of its enemy-AP ratio would destroy the spell (and, in a way, Veigar's) identify as being an anti-mage. Plus, there's no way they would ever give a single ability a 1.8-AP ratio, so your new version of the spell would end up being weaker against its intended target.

no because veigar's ap, if farmed, is way higher than other mages. and his Q being a skillshot make him even worse at trading
