As A Top Lane Main, Please Camp Me.

I have adopted a very passive playstyle recently and it's made me realize I love being camped. I try to keep my wave under turret as much as possible but I still get junglers that like to camp me for every time I step 5 feet away from the turret. Meanwhile my Jungler tends to never come to my lane. It makes sense for them to come but I don't hate them for not showing up. I play champions that are risky to dive anyway so I'm relatively safe. I just love seeing the rest of my team get fed because my Jungler wasn't dumb enough to camp top.

On the flip side, when I play top I hate when my Jungler camps me because they tend to come when I have the lane frozen in front of my tower that really messes up my CS.

The more the enemy camps top lane, the less they are camping mid and bot, which means easier drags.

I kind of feel the same way. However, I play mid and I play super aggressively. I typically put myself in a gankable and very forward position in an attempt to get the jungler to gank me (I am very rarely camped which I don't get because I play so aggressively). I want to be camped because I know that I can typically get out of most ganks and sometime walk away with a kill, and then if the jungler is always mid it keeps my other lanes from needing to worry about getting ganked.

That's cool if it works for you. My logic is that if a Jungler is camping "the island" (top lane) they are spending time at the most unimportant place on the map. Especially if I am playing a tank, since I don't need very much to be effective, while mid and the ADC always need to most gold.

This partially depends on who the top lane is. If the top laner is a carry (jax, irelia) losing that lane means having a massive split pusher pounding down your towers. Tank top laners on the other hand, really only need the teleport disadvantage because they won't be able to join the team fight.

Although, I typically prefer ganking for a tank toplaners, because they usually have enough CC to lock them down and secure a kill.
