He has those rates because
- Jungle: People in jungle STILL haven't adapted to the XP changes in jungle. They STILL refuse to take Krugs (I Can Pyke Krugs level 2 right after red), get both scuttles, and invade meta junglers.... and never get caught......)
Pyke in jungle also is highly addictive to just "farm" like some other junglers. So many Pykes aren't roaming/ganking early yet. I'm generally in 5-6 kills by level 7. He just feels like you can farm forever and invade forever, which becomes a pretty big trap.
- Support he is legitimately predictable, and adcs are not the best champs in the game to synergize with his kit. He's better off supporting Tops/Mids, because their kits are already on fringe reliable kill kits, and just need a helping hand. Bot lane is just more complicated than that, and often minions are in your way, and your income is too tied to a potentially horrible adc
I am sure he will probably settle around 49% as Support. But Mid/Jung.... He has the potental to get up to 53%.
The reason I expect those kinds of numbers? There is no way traditional laners can learn MY patterns when playing Pyke. I've already learned to make him a better acrobat than a
, and circumvent any attempts to flash my E. He's a better
in almost every way, better
in every way. I've even learned 2-3 tricks to ensure I don't take a lot of damage on high damage camps like Krugs so that I come away from them healthy, that no other jungler can do.
And..... if they can't learn my patterns, they certainly can't learn the patterns of someone better than me.
I'm certainly noway near perfect yet. I end up getting ks'd on my ult by my own teammates mid action, so sometimes my KDA is assist heavy and kill low. But there is no 1v1 sniping Pyke when played correctly. To knock him out of the game, you have to have teammates approaching from all directions. In which case 1-2 will still get stunned and he will probably get away. Or, a team fight gone wrong where they other team nukes you rather than your carries. There's even ways to use his Ult from a screen away. Throw opponents over walls into your allies. Hook an exhausted champ who used their movements to avoid your initial E attempt, and bring them back into die.
