Kayn needs to be disabled on Twisted Treeline if we are just not gonna care about balance

Like I get it Riot you dont give a shit about treeline. But for the love of god just disable kayn then from treeline if its that much of an effort to legit double the cool down of his E on treeline. Like if u cant then just legit disable him because its at the level of a game breaking bug broken and is not fun to play against.
