You never heard of a vi/hec with only a triforce as their damage item doing 75% of an adc's hp with 1 combo. You never heard of adc's instakilling other adc's with crits. You never heard of lb/kat chunking 70% of your hp at level 3 with just q/w/e. I can't believe I am saying this but damage needs to be toned down.
