Does it increase the odds that the player at fault will be banned? Or do they get banned anyway? I suppose there is no punishment for leaving 1 or 2 games once in a month. By the way, just notice how many 4v5 games there are nowadays.
PorkNasty1 votesI don't think it does anything cause I have had a game where I d/c'd for 5 mins cause of internet issues, had to restart my pc, got back into the game and won it then was dropped to the low priority queue for AFK. Even though I came back as soon as I could and we went on to win the game I still got punished. So I would think that the system for punishing AFK is entirely automated requiring no reports. I know my team didn't report me, everybody was happy w/ the results of the game. I think the afk report should be for people who sit at shop and click every now and again so that they don't register as afk. That's how I envision it working anyway.
Mimy1 votesReporting them doesn't probably increase the odds and I don't see any need. So I usually don't They're already marks by the leaver buster and will get what will come to them.
I look at it this way. It doesn't hurt to report.
