Nasus vs Kayle scaling...

Kayle gonna get that late game absurdity toned down a bit more or is Nasus gonna get some reasonable buff other than moar stacks or a wither that practically roots you? He could use something to make him remotely relevant in a game where team comps have like 20 different ways of cc'ing you. Maybe a movement speed/tenacity buff? Kayle doesn't even take that long to scale compared to the amount of stacks Nasus has to gather and his damage output is still really underwhelming, if he manages to get a hit on anyone.

Nasus scales a lot faster than Kayle but his late game is weaker. Nasus is good where he is. So is Kayle in my opinion.

thats not true. nasus has infinite scaling. there for he will out scale kayle.

On paper, that sounds insane, but in practice, those 900 stacks you get won't make much of a difference come late game when everyone is or near full build. There's no shortage of champions that can straight up dumpster Nasus late game. Nasus is strongest in mid game, not late.

Actually. It does. At oje point nasus will just 1 or 2 shot everyone

The problem is that by the time nasus can "just 1 or 2 shot everyone" he gets cced once, and dies in .85s

Champion damage and durability scales faster than stacks until everyone hits 6 items. Nasus needs to stack for literally 15 minutes after everyone hits 6 items to overcome their increased armor.

If Nasus is one shotting people then it's mid game, not late and if he is doing that late game, his team would probably win regardless of his condition because it means that the team he is facing is very behind.

If a game drags on long enough, Nasus stops one shotting people. This is due to many mages building HP, bruisers and tanks getting armor and HP and Ardent Censor supports like Sona and Janna having strong shields and many times, it's all of these things at once. We haven't even gotten into the amount of Stopwatches, Zhonyas, GAs and Steraks that start showing up late game. This is extremely frustrating to deal with late game as Nasus. While Nasus is steal dealing major damage, he just doesn't do it fast enough and he gets murdered before he can take down anyone, sometimes, he might one shot like a Lux or something but he just gets kited out and melted by the rest of the team. Kayle doesn't really have this kind of weakness late game. She will melt you no matter what the fuck you build.

I don't even think it's that he's strong mid game per say, but rather he's very strong in 1v1, 1v2, and 2v2 situations when we'll stacked because he can survive the burst or dps plus cc from that number of enemies when properly itemized and stacked, but once there are 3+ enemies they can just cc kite and focus burst/dps him down.

If he gets a lead in the early game and uses to obtain an early Trinity and he gets some stacks, say 300 and above, he is unstoppable mid game. He might easily be the strongest mid game champion in the game but it's certainly not unconditional. The only way to beat this is to stall him to late game where he falls off and he can be still killed fairly quickly, especially when he is facing champions like Vayne or Yi.

Only in theory. Nas gets stun locked or kiting much easier than Kayle and has less utility. I hate Nas, but I play him a lot more now, and let me tell you, his late game blows more than darius's because Nas has terrible aoe, has to be melee range to kill anything in life steal, and his wither is actually bad in team fights but it's his only form of cc. He can dodge anything either. When I play Darius, I can heal from further away with q, hit multiple enemies with 5 stacks, pull in multiple enemies or peel for carries, or chain du k, etc. Don't get me wrong, Darius is overall kind of bad right now and Nas is a super strong 1v1 or 1v2 champ when he gets 350+ stacks, but don't fall prey to the illusion that nas's infinite q stack ceiling actually makes him a good late game champ

She is too strong and needs nerfs.

Unlike old Kayle I find new Kayle to be extremely susceptible to dive heavy comps and diving assassins like Akali and Katerina, even Zed, a champion old Kayle hard countered. She shares this weakness with immobile marksmen like Ashe and Kog'maw. Kayle is not that hard to shutdown late game. You deal with her the exact same way you'd deal with a Kog'Maw. Just dog pile her in team fights and instantly delete here. Even if she ults and suvives, she locks herself out of lot of damage while ulting which is more then enough time late game to clean up her team. Old Kayle had a comparable late game with none of these problems.

This may very well be an unpopular opinion, but I dare to say she needs some kind of buff. Not a numbers buff but something to make her more independent. I believe Riot calls this kind of thing quality of life buffs. Buy yea, a buff or change to make her feel a little more like old Kayle, even if they have to shave her numbers a bit to do it. I'd be fine with it if they removed her late game true damage in return for being able to get some autos off during her ult. This would make old mains like me happy while making everyone else happy since the community seems to have a boner for bashing on true damage.

While I haven't played much of Nasus, from what I've felt of him he does feel stronger early than Kayle does. Also, while late game he isn't spitting the ridiculous aoe Kayle does lvl 16, he does still do MASSIVE single target and he's tanky as hell to boot.

Nasus is a special good boi who deserves that sweet scaling that dominates mid game, is a threat late game and dominant once more in extended games. Kayle is a wahmen that starts off weak, but gets a huge power spike when she levels up R. Come late game, Kayle is awesome, but quickly falls off once she burns her R and people build 1 and a half MR item.

I love them both, but Nasus gets extra "Good Boi" points. :3

Not true kayke never falls off even when she has r down or when her enemies build Mr because: 1: she has best aoe dps in game, emso even when r is down, if anyone on team is supporting her with Shields or heals, etc , she will still melt your team 2: she has true damage passive when she gets her sweet 16 birthday, and armor/Mr shred on aoe Q ability, plus many Kayle's like me build rageblade (more armor/mr shred), or void staff

So yeah, she doesn't "fall off" against anything at all, in a teamfights situation or most 1v1s. She might lose to a fed Nas 1v1 because of wither, a Jax because of counterstrike, or a tryn because of his ult, but she otherwise can take any other 1v1 at full build if she doesn't screw up and outscaled every champ in the game including kog when it comes to teamfights. If there is one weakness though, it would be ranged cc like from veigar that totally traps and exposes her and sometimes even allows her to be bursted before she can pop her shield

Nasus is and always has been primarily a powerspike champion. You start out kinda weak, get a big powerspike at 6, peak at 1 or 2 items, and then roll down a lane and crush towers before the enemy damage scales enough that they can kite you to death. Stacking until you can 1-shot players takes literally 60 minutes of dedicated farming: it was never a consistent strategy and it never contributed a significant portion to his winrate.

Susan is fine and actually a pretty hard counter to Kayle too.

Nasus and Kayle fulfill vastly different niches.

Nasus is ticking time bomb for mid game, where he's strongest. This is because tank items fall of later, so with good stacks he's capable of being a massive damage threat AND the biggest tank on the map, especially while the enemy team lacks numerous sources of 40% cdr CC to control him. He's significantly weaker late due to all of those factors, though still a strong duelist and capable of being dangerous by being ahead.

Kayle is the inverse. She's garbage early on (Nasus isn't an incapable fighter pre six, and actually becomes pretty dangerous once he hits six), then meh, then because a 'full' champion at eleven. It's worth noting that even once she's eleven, she's not super strong; just not a total liability. But, once sixteen rolls around, she curb stomps anything and everything.

Hilarious how people are assuming that Nasus is going to scale faster than Kayle, be remotely as relevant, or make it to late game in the first place. Nasus could have 1000 stacks and it wouldn't matter. He's extremely limited as a melee-range champion. Sure, he can wither one person, and if he's lucky get 1 auto off. That's about all he'll get against a decent team before he blows up. I'm pretty sure being able to rapidly chunk someone with true damage ranged attacks while sporting an invincibility ultimate for 2 people is a lot more competitive.
