Support ekko is pretty good in some specific matchups. But overall much weaker then any other ekko. If you dont build support, and dont get kills of retarded opponents, you become nothing but a slowbot all game. If you build support and get a modest income, but dont get kills, you become a slightly anoyying slowbot all game.

And getting kilsl is hard eardly with a non AP Ekko and his weak early game. So yeah, good luck with that in the grand scheme of things
