Why is it that Riot can only seem to overbuff/nerf any wide-scope changes?

Armor Penetration buffs on the PBE are going to bring Lethality base values to ~90% of old Armor Penetration. Meanwhile we'll have even more Armor Penetration later in the game.

Over-buffing stuff shouldn't be the band-aid to the trash-tier assassin reworks that are going to become absolute cancer and end up gutted further after this upcoming change.

#Crutching them on over-tuned Lethality is not the answer.

Because all they see on any sort of change is "not enough" or "WAY TOO MUCH" never "hey that was a good nerf/buff riot"

Yasuo and Darius next patch "Are only getting SLIGHT nerfs c'mon riot this doesnt do much"

Lee Sin this patch "Only a SLIGHT damage reduction early game this isnt gonna hurt him at ALL"

Vayne 2 patches ago "Little Tumble damage difference? But she SO OP" (this change actually put her in line quite correctly)

Shaco "AD shaco was GUTTED and now AP Shaco is getting HARD NERFED TOO?!" (said whilst Shaco had a 55% winrate)

Absolutely none of those are wide-scope changes.

Let me rephrase myself, When all they see are extremes about everything, they tend to do do extremes themselves. Doesnt matter on the scope of the change.

Riot doesn't seem to realize that games are decided far too quickly so there's little point in loading up on non-linear stats.

You'd think Riot would realize that when ADCs feel so feast/famine this season specifically due to being crutched on non-linear stats themselves and having little control over the outcome of their lane.
