Actually Jarvan's play rate is SLIGHTLY higher, but other than that he is the most played jungler currently. I don't understand why everyone praises his rework so much. He's just another ball of stats champion (and he gets even more free stats against low hp champs).

greekvandaL6 voteseasy to dodge easy to kite he relies on healing which is easily negated hmm. the only too strong aspect is his Q ignoring cc' displacements. And anyway he isnt even that tanky on his E goes down. He just doesnt have competition. Who gonna duel him? Kha'zix? tanks? lel Shyv and Xin can easily dispose of him.
Edit: Add his W mobility aswell to his strenghts.

While he is more forgiving than many champions since he was made for beginners, he has some room for error in mechanical execution, unlike ACTUAL ball of stat champions which usually have almost no room for error and trades come down to stat checks.
Also, I believe majority of the praise comes from simply how great it feels to play him. He is definitely one of the most intense Junglers out there to play, always feeling like you are seeking someone out and constantly getting into the enemy back line and rampaging through them.

How is he not a ball of stats? He gets more free stats than any jungler in this game. Mobility, hard cc, healing, cc immunity, etc.
