Riot - Have you considered a ping check?

Hello Fellow summoners and Riot. I play a lot of ranked games.

I make sure my ping and my machine are in good working order when I do. And if they're not? I don't play ranked out of respect to other players trying to climb. I respect their effort, LP, and time.

But some players can't be trusted to do the same. Have you ever considered a PING check pre-game? Or heck just check it as soon as we log in?; Once in if our ping is to high (whatever RIOT deems too high) then you grey out the ranked solo and flex qs.

I'm tired of losing games here and there to people who play with ping north of 300.
