Runaan's is a Marksman's only saving grace in this meta

With the amount of AoE burst damage and AoE disruption in this game now, ADCs need to be any sort of relevant. Single target damage is becoming obsolete. We have champs such as who thrive in this meta. Each of them has strong AoE damage or CC in their kit.

If we look at some marksmen right now, you'll notice that these heroes now always have a Runaan's in their build: and even is starting to rely on it. They simply can't kill the enemy fast enough without it. ADCs should be able to deviate and build other items, but they can't.

This is often my experience during team fights as an ADC who doesn't utilize Runaan's. dealing good damage to one enemy tank! Just hold it together team!
