Vlad's healing is still sucks

His heal is still garbage though, because everything is loaded on to that goddamn empowered Q, which STILL only lasts 2.5 seconds, while normal Q's are incredibly bad; add to that no more spellvamp and more selfdamage (the E cost is bullshit), and you can see his healing is completely worthless compared to before. Your enemy laner will hit a powerspike around ~10 mins, whiule you get nothing; and they will go and steamroll all over you, because Vlad does not have any powerrspikes anymore due to completely shit on AP ratios. If they replaced his free stats on the passive, and instead had all of his abilities also scale with health like Ryzes do with mana, and give him an actual passive, it might be fine this way; currently, the enemy can build full tank and still do really good damage on you and generelly deal more dmg than you; Aswell, if they are AD, propably regenerating more with lifesteal than you with Q if they just walk backwards for 2.5 seconds.

Also, Spirit-Visage is an MR Item which means rushing it is terrible against AD tops like Gnar, Darius, Renekton etc. Well and if you are vs a Fiora... 0 chance at all. Although Fiora vs Vlad might be about the worst matchup ever, even before the rework.
