Sterak's on Urgot?

Is this a worth buy? For a tanky (supposedly front-line) champion, it feels like it'd benefit him a lot, as well as for his Q.

The only downside is that it won't do anything for his E, since Sterak's adds to his base AD. But the extra shield means he can survive burst even better, and it's not like it offers too much downsides besides not granting him mana.

The only question I have would be what item would I substitute from his usual core build?

Usual build = item 3111 item 3042 item 3071 item 3110 item 3156 item 3035

Sterak's build = item 3111 item 3042 item 3071 item 3025 item 3053 item 3083

item 3110 is removed because of all the tankyness you get from item 3083 / item 3053 . item 3025 over item 3035 for that CDR and mana when you remove item 3110 and the extra dmg + slow helps.
