I play so much Ekko in ranked. If you're good at Ekko it basically means freelo. I don't really find his kit overpowered at all however.

Rengar 127 mr item 3812 and 1768 Ekko 3 items around 216 ap presses r 95% of my hp gone thats ignoreing over 65% of his damage its not like he out played anything he was being chased for to 30% of his hp regained all of it and killed 3 of us in the process.

Yup, feel ya. There's no point in even attacking him due to his failsafe ult. He E's you for half your HP with Lich Bane. Balanced champ guys.

His ult used to be weaker damage and i rather like him as a champion i just think that he us a bad / unbalanced assassin and a good bruiser. but still has too much utility in his kit.

sure you have never once been hit by ekkos ult not to mention all it really requires it him being faster than you and walking where you want to go . aram game. and none of that excuses that damage considering how much resistances i had

oh no i have been hit by ult, his ult follows where he goes so it doent matter how fast he is its delayed by what 5 seconds? For an aram its harder to dodge i admit, he couldve had magic pen all i know is that u had a deaths dance

it was aram there is only 2 bushes a few bushes on the map my team was killing him and i was going to the bush so i could catch up he ults takes 95% of my health (he had no fucking magic penetration) and half kills most of the people who were killing him half a second ago. his ult follows 4 seconds behind him i was playing ekko from release and i was takeing renagar as a bruiser rather than an assassin.

you see if you added the fact it was aram 1st this conversation could've went a whole different direction lol, its decently easier to land ekko ult there but still if he did that much damage withhis ult that means he had a decent amount of ap and since riot decided to up his ratios cause assholes were building him tank rip little kitty & ok 4 seconds my bad, iv too played since release and because of that i know not to take the direct path that ekko takesl [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

the thing is he wasnt trying to land an ult he was getting fucked up by my team and ulted to save himself in the process he regained all of his health from 20-30% of his max hp and in the process took 95% of my hp and when he saw that he was like might as well finish it off . chunked some of my allies too. i mean its not like assassin rengar has 127 mr

riot is stupid in that increased ratios doesnt kill tank ekko (well i liked bruiser ekko more than assassin from he was released) lower base damage would do that. well his perma slow combo being removed helped a bit.

I just don't like his ult giving him health plus the significant damage. Maybe it should be re worked into something else, but I've just never been a fan of all these "second chance" ults / passives. Add in a Zhonyas and it makes it very annoying to try and take them out.

My list of reasons:

Obscene move speed
Zoning on Q and W
Oppressively high slow % when Q is ranked
Unconditional dodge on E with no opportunity cost due to second dash
R is a crutch that annihilates the risk/reward decision-making you need on most champs, since you can hit R and negate your bad choices, compensate for bad awareness or positioning, or win a fight that you horribly misplayed.

Also an Ekko player here. It takes a while to be actually good as him, because you can make stupid plays and still get out. However, if you make a good play, you are that much more deadly than other Ekkos.
