Even if their numbers and statistics aren't showing that they are good, people will always hate them. This has been the same for all of League's history, whether it be Lee Sin, Ezreal, Thresh, Riven, Yasuo, or now Irelia. If they are the most picked, people hate them. Please stop this. These champions aren't picked the most because they are OP a lot of the time. They're picked because they are appealing to play by a lot of people.
Kurt Hyzan2 votesNo, people hate these champions because they have tools that no one else in the game have.
Want to know which tool ? Spammable mobility.
Meep Man1 votesThat may be true, but just having that doesn't make them broken as some people want to state they are.
specter4241 votesThey don't have to be broken. They are probably un-fun to play against for the person banning them, thats all it comes down to.
LucasGreen1 votesIts true :)

Meep Man1 votesReally? Because I think the golden example of what I just said, Yasuo, defies everything you just said. For a LONG time, Yasuo, power wise, was awful. He was subpar at best and you know what? People still hated his guts AND many people played him. Same can be said for Zed for the longest time. Although he was only meh, people still wanted him gutted because they hated his built in "safety nets".

Meep Man1 votesYou're almost proving my point by saying Zed was extremely broken for the longest time although he really wasn't and in truth people were just tired of playing against him constantly.

Meep Man1 votesHe was bonkers for maybe a COUPLE of patches. He wasn't for a long while afterwards though, but people continued to hate him because he had secured a large fanbase and he was seen in about 20% of games due to it.
specter4241 votesI hate Yasuo because he has manaless waveclear and is hard to punish.
