A remake should be allowed if someone disconnects in the first 3 minutes and doesn't come back

i've had the same thing and we got a remake. hell i myself have connected but had to go help dad and when i returned the game was a remake because i myself disconnected.

Did you try to use the remake option at the 3 min mark? At 3 min you can’t use the remake option if I remember correctly, you have to do the /remake command BEFORE the 3 min mark and all of the conditions for the remake has to be fulfilled.

I feel you to bud, I got into a game as Ashe and our shaco was DC’d from the start. We tried to remake but we decided to do it too late and we had to wait for the 15 min mark. And I was starting to do very well and was snowballing very well.
