How to make Bard good

Make the scaling on his q a little higher. Not much, maybe like 0.1 or 0.2 added to the ap scaling on it. Make his chimes empower more than his meeps. You made this champ to be a roaming support but all he gets for roaming is empowered meeps. His heal is horrible compared to other ones so maybe make chimes increase the power of it. As I said in the last one, his heal is horrible compared to others. It needs a buff. It gets more power over time so increase how much it heals. I shouldn't give 200 health at max level when fully empowered.

He's ok right now but he could use a few buffs. Just a few number tweaks.

Glad you didn't suggest radical changes. All he needs is a few number tweaks, I think, especially to his heal. Make ranks in it or X chimes decrease the time needed for it to reach full potency; up the AP ratio.

I like the chimes increasing his heal part, but I think Bard is in a pretty good spot right now.

Yeah I think he is too, but he isn't what Riot thought he would be though. If anything his heal needs to be better when fully empowered. Leave it how it is for when first placed down, but make it gain even more power as it is there. It's kinda sad that nid's point and click heal is a lot better.

I like Bard the way he is, but I feel like they missed the mark as a Roaming Support. Its 100% better for him to just stay in lane and collect chimes that are directly beside the lane. If they made, say, 1 chime spawn every 120 seconds or so that gives a lot of benefits, like say healing Bard's entire team's health and mana by a small amount and give him the current equivalent of 4-5 chimes, that would really encourage me to actually ROAM as Bard.
