Am I the only one who thinks dravens a little over the top right now?

He has a fairly high winrate considering hes "The most highskill capped ADC". With item 3144 and a Janna or Lulu He can just 2 shot you out of lane at level 2 onward and deny you CS the entire laning phase. Know I know people are going to be like "Thats what draven does" yah and ofcourse it is, he has always done that but over my 4 years of league hes never been able to do it as effectively as he does now.
